REAL ESTATE CLOSINGS

Our office represents both Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties. 
The process involves:

• Reviewing the contract
• Negotiating terms of the contract and home inspection issues
• Clearing up title liens
• Drafting closing documents
• Reviewing and explaining loan documents

Our office charges a flat fee for closings.  If the transaction does not close, the client is not charged for the service.

PERSONAL INJURY, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, AND WRONGFUL DEATH CASES

Our office works with attorney, Scott Hiera, on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and wrongful death cases.  Scott Hiera is an attorney working in Lake, Cook, and McHenry Counties.  All cases of this nature are charged on a contingent fee basis.  The attorneys pay all fees and expenses prior the judgment of the case.

TRAFFIC/DUI LAW

Our office handles all types of traffic offenses, including:

• DUI cases
• Suspended/revoked license cases
• Moving violations (speeding, improper lane usage)
• Insurance violations

Legal services include negotiating plea agreements with Illinois prosecutors, litigation if necessary, and communicating with the Illinois Secretary of State to solve the client’s traffic issues.

FAMILY LAW

My office handles marital dissolution cases for both husband and wife. 
My legal services include:

• Negotiating on behalf of the client (spouse)
• Drafting documents
• Appearing in court on behalf of the client

I also handle:

• Child support petitions
• Modifications of marital dissolution orders
• Guardianships for minors and disabled adult
